In addition to his work with Core Strengths, Dr. Patterson is a frequent conference and keynote speaker and co-author of the highly acclaimed book, Have a Nice Conflict: How to Find Success and Satisfaction in the Most Unlikely Places. He also teaches learning design and evaluation in the doctoral program at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

This was a very informational presentation. The lecture was easy to understand and the skills presented can be used across different cultures and situations.
