Now more than ever, we need to understand how to bring out the best in ourselves and the people around us--even in the most challenging of circumstances. Fortunately, there is a strength-based approach, informed by psychological science, that provides the insight you need to make the proper adjustments when working with people. It’s called relationship intelligence and now available when and where you need it.

At the end of this webinar, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify the three core motives that drive behavior
  • Explain the difference between healthy opposition that improves performance and conflict that impedes it
  • Discover relational strengths that make you more effective when working with others

Attendees will be given the opportunity to complete the SDI 2.0, the assessment that powers relationship intelligence, along with the ability to immediately access their results through a customized micro-learning session.
